Migraine sufferer? There’s an app for that.

It’s no surprise that the digital world is catching onto chronic pain. With millions of people in the US suffering from chronic pain, it was only a matter of time that there would be (and please excuse the cliché) an app for that.

In our email box today, we received a newsletter from Migraine.com, a PMIR approved chronic pain website, advertising a new app for chronic pain sufferers, called My Migraine Triggers. The free app, created by Excedrin, has useful features like a daily tracker for identifying triggers, easy reporting, and a print feature for results.

We especially love the print feature, allowing you to bring in your findings to your next doctor appointment. As recommended by PMIR, it’s helpful to track and identify triggers before visiting any doctor about your migraines, so that your doctor can better diagnose and treat your migraine pain.

Download the free app and start tracking your migraine triggers now.
